We service and repair brakes and suspension on any make. The work includes checking what is worn, replacing parts and making sure the car sits, stops and steers the way it should.

Warning signs

Brake and suspension faults are usually easy to feel. A pull under braking, a heavy clunk over speed humps, a shake through the wheel, or uneven tyre wear are all signs. Tell us what you notice when you ring or drop the car off.

How quotes work

We quote the work over the phone once we know the car and the symptoms. If the problem is less obvious, we may need to inspect the car before giving a price. If we find extra work during the job, we ring you before doing it.

When to book

Brakes and suspension are safety items. If the car is pulling, knocking or shimmying, it is better to book it in before the next long drive. We can usually tell from the description whether it should be looked at straight away.

Roadworthy connections

We can also look at brakes and suspension as part of a roadworthy inspection. If you are selling or transferring rego, we can inspect the whole safety list on site and do any repairs.

After the job

After the job we explain what was done and answer questions. If there is a cheaper short term option and a longer term fix, we tell you both and let you choose.
