What we do

Any make of 4WD comes through here, petrol and diesel, from work utes to touring wagons. The work covers logbook servicing, general repairs, brakes, suspension and accessories like dual battery systems, exhaust upgrades and touring preparation.

Adam's 4WD background

Adam has driven with a Victorian 4WD club in the High Country for years. That background means he has used the gear he fits and knows what happens on the tracks. It is also where a lot of the questions in his reader Q&A column, Adam's tips, came from.

Batteries and exhausts

We fit dual battery systems and exhaust upgrades, and help with touring preparation. Adam has worked with TaipanXP exhausts and Ark Power Packs in the past. If you want a particular setup, ring us and ask about it.

What to tell us

Bring the 4WD in with a note of what you want to do with it, whether that is towing, touring or day trips. We will quote over the phone for the work we know about and ring you if we find extra.

Before a trip

Ask about battery load, charging voltage and accessory draw. If you are not sure, we can check the system while it is in the car. It is better to find a bad solenoid or a tired battery before you leave, not after a night in the bush.
