Adam owns the workshop and is under a car most days. When you ring, he or Callum will answer and talk through what's happening.
There's no service advisor passing messages. The person who quotes your job is the same person who picks up the spanners. That means the price you hear is the price you get, and the work is done by someone who already knows the story.

Adam's 4WD background
Adam has driven the High Country with a Victorian 4WD club for years. He used to write a reader Q&A column called Adam's tips, and he has worked with TaipanXP exhausts and Ark Power Packs. So your 4WD gets serviced by someone who takes his own off road and has had to fix it out there. Call the workshop to talk through what you need.
